Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use ModelCrew to configure AI teammates, connect your own provider accounts and approve work.

Effective date: 21 September 2026 · Last updated: 21 September 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using ModelCrew, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

ModelCrew coordinates AI models, configurable agents and external tools inside projects you control. ModelCrew does not provide the underlying AI models itself.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account, your sign-in credentials and any activity that happens under your account.

4. Bring your own keys and third-party providers

  • You are responsible for your own accounts with AI and tool providers.
  • You are responsible for any charges those providers bill you.
  • You must comply with each provider's terms of service.
  • You must have authority to connect the credentials you supply.

5. AI-generated content

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. Review anything important before you rely on it. ModelCrew does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of generated content.

6. Autonomous actions and execution

Teammates may propose work and delegate to one another within the limits you configure. Execution of build work may require your approval depending on project settings. You remain responsible for reviewing and authorizing consequential actions.

7. Usage and cost estimates

  • Token and cost figures shown in ModelCrew are estimates.
  • Actual charges are determined by the third-party provider you connected.
  • Spend safeguards reduce risk but are not a guaranteed billing cap.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use ModelCrew for unlawful purposes, to abuse connected services, to attempt to compromise the service or its infrastructure, to access other users' data, or to circumvent approval, spend or security controls.

9. Intellectual property

You retain the rights you already hold in the content you submit. ModelCrew retains rights in its own software, interface and branding. Rights in third-party AI output depend on the provider's terms and applicable law, and ModelCrew makes no broader claim about them.

10. Third-party services

ModelCrew is not responsible for the availability, pricing, output or policies of external model and tool providers.

11. Availability and changes

The service is under active development. Features may change, and interruptions or errors can occur.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, ModelCrew is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for provider charges you incur through connected accounts.

13. Termination

You may stop using ModelCrew at any time. Access may be suspended or ended for breach of these terms or for misuse that puts the service or other users at risk.

14. Governing law
